I require a $100 deposit per kid ordered.  I will only take 2 buck and 1 doe reservation on the Mature Does.  On the First Fresheners we can take 2 buck and 2 doe reservations (buck reservations on first fresheners are conditional to the doe freshening meeting our expectations.   Please make all checks payable to Krista Myers.  We can also accept PayPal, Venmo or Zelle (these are our preferred methods of payment). Also, Please Contact us first before sending your deposit to make sure of availability.  The list below does not include kids we plan to retain for our own herd.

**2026 prices for Pre-Ordered kids.  Kids born from coming First Fresheners range from $750-900.  Kids from young milkers that are not yet finished champions range from $1000-1300.  Kids from the proven and GCH does range from $1400-2000.  There are many factors we take into account when pricing our kids:  Show wins, Appraisal Scores, Milk Records, and Proven offspring.  If you have any questions please feel free to ask!

**We will be freshening nearly 1/3 less does in 2025 than we have in the past few years after a pretty significant herd reduction this spring.  We plan to maintain this number and continue to keep no more than 6-7 kids per year going forward.  Which means the majority of the kid crop will be find new homes every year as well as a handful of young milkers and maybe even a brood doe occassionally. 

**Continuing in 2026, we will offer DNA testing with Parentage Verification on ALL buck kids we offer for sale at no additional cost to the buyer.  Our entire herd is DNA Typed and Parentage Verified. 

Terms and Conditions of Sale

If you would like to reserve the option to purchase a kid from our herd we require a $100 per kid deposit. If your choice of kid is not available, we will gladly refund your deposit upon request or transfer it to another kid if that is your desire, however there are no refunds on canceled orders. Prices quoted are for pre-ordered kids picked up (or shipped) by 5 weeks of age. Any animal not shipped or picked up by the time they are 5 weeks of age will be subject to a boarding fee per day unless other arrangements have been made.  If we do not receive a response to an email or message that your reserved kid is available within 72 hours of message being sent, we will consider the sale cancelled and deposit forfeited and move to the next deposit placed.

All shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer, along with the cost of any testing (& related veterinary expenses) required for interstate travel. Shipping costs would include crate, airfare, health certificate. No animal will be shipped until all fees (estimated airfare, crate, and health certificate in addition to the animal cost) & board bills are paid in full (either through cash, money order, cashiers check, a cleared check or paypal transfer).  Estimated shipping expenses for shipping one animal (for 2025) is approximately $770 when using American Airlines (This includes Airfare $545, Crate $100 and CVI $125).    American Airlines and Alaksa Airlines were our only two options for shipping in 2025 due to the many, many problems we had with Delta in 2024.  If there is a difference in shipping costs that will be settled after the kid is shipped. If possible, we would invite you to pick up your kid in person so that you can see your kid and its relatives. Because of our time & work commitments, however, this is available by appointment only. We provide ADGA registration & transfer for any kid purchased by an ADGA member.      

We continue to offer discounts to youth (4-H/FFA members) and on multiple animal purchases. We will notify you via Email/Facebook/Messenger when your optioned kid is born. If we do not get a response within 3 days we will assume the order is cancelled.  Balance is due within 10 days of notification. If the balance is not paid within 10 days of notification of birth, and other arrangements have not been made, the kid may be offered to another buyer and the deposit, along with any monies paid, will be forfeited. We do reserve the right to retain any animal on the sales list for herd replacement, or withdraw from sale an animal that does not meet our quality standards.  

All bucks (mature or kids)  are sold with the option that we will be able to purchase 20 straws of semen back at the cost of collection. We do ask that you refrain from marketing your Kastdemur bred buckling’s semen until you have been able to evaluate his daughters in milk.
