Couture has grown into a large, well balanced, beautiful dry yearling!  She is so stylish, high headed and has that look at me attitude.  She is extremely correct in her general appearance, level across her topline, and strong on her feet and legs.  By the looks of her escutcheon, she should make for a pretty fancy milker when she freshens in 2023!

Couture has always been one of our picks in her age group, one of those hold your breath and hope nothing happens to her type of doe.  We loved her size, frame, correct general appearance.  And she has now freshened with a mammary that has us extremely excited!  She has another socked on, BEAUTIFUL mammary!  The height, width, correct teat size, shape, and placement, long and smooth fore...and another that is FULL of milk!  First test was over 12 lbs at 2.5 weeks fresh!  

Couture has had a fantastic show season, earning her 2nd GCH leg and also placing 1st/1st udder 2 year old at Nationals.  She was also a member of our 1st place Dairy Herd and Best 3 Females!  She has been milking a steady lactation all year, and if she settles to her AI breeding we hope to retain a son from her in 2024!
