Aquamia has always had the beautifully correct general appearance.  And she has now freshened more than meeting our expectations!  Her mammary is beautifully shaped with so much attachment, width and arch in the rear, correct teat placement.  She has lost all her dry yearling baby fat, and is coming into herself nicely.  We are pleased!  Unfortunately, Aquamia ended up with a teat injury and resulting mastitis.  This didn't slow down her milk production, with a peak of nearly 13 lbs as a first freshener!  But, she won't see a show ring again due to the resulting damage on her right side....so incredibly sad as she is one of our best does.  We plan to keep her so she can continue to produce beautiful babies for us!
