Diva’s mammary system was nearly ideal,
unfortunately she ended up with a bad case of mastitis a few years ago
so can no longer be shown. Diva
is extremely correct, long & level, and angular. She’s always had quite an attitude, which helped her in the
show ring as well as in her adaptation to a herd of Nubians when she
came here as a yearling milker. She
has been a producer of buck kids over the years, and last year we
finally bred her for a buck kid we could keep in our
herd....Kastdemur’s Deviant (sired by GCH +*B Becca’s Hemingway) –
who’s first kid crop included Kastdemur’s Twisted Sister 1st
pl. Intermediate Kid at the 2005 ADGA National Show! Diva’s son, Kastdemur’s A Little Respect sired the 1st
pl. Yrlg. Milker at the 2004 ADGA National Show & 2nd pl.
2 year old at the 2005 ADGA National Show Kickapoo Valley Respect Sequel
(appraised VG89 EVVE). Another
son, Kastdemur’s Divadend has sired CH Becca’s Ali’i appraised
VG88 , and Becca’s Jruplenty EX90 with two legs so far. He
was the sire of Becca’s Too Hot To Handle who was the 2001 Spotlight
Sale buck who, in turn, has sired CH Becca’s Way Too Hot EX90 (VEEE).
Even though Diva is now 10 years old, she still embraces a joie de
vivre.
