Citronella is "my"
goat according to Krista (okay she tolerates me better than
anyone else I guess). I have felt this doe is special
since she was born. Citra's correctness and strength in general
appearance certainly have reproduced themselves in this last
daughter. She's extremely correct in
general appearance, level over the topline, is long, wide &
flat rumped, and is correct in feet
& legs - and that mammary system is socked on - just like her
dams. Teat placement & size is really beautiful. Of course, she has her attitude as well, and tends
to be the ruling matriarch of her pen at a very young
age....
In
2010 Citronella appraised EX91 with an Excellent in General
Appearance & Mammary System,
and placed quite well throughout the year. She's not a
huge goat, but she's one of the most correct we have, with
several structural category excellents in appraisal, including
head, shoulder assembly, back, rump, fore legs, and rear legs.
2011 was finally
Citronella's year! She finally deepened out and gained
enough mammary capacity to finish her Championship. We
were so proud of her! She even raised her final LA score
to an FS92 EEEE!
