This pretty girl was one of Ms B's
triplet doe kids from this year...her 2nd set of triplet
does 2 years in a row! She's very similar to her
dam being uphill, and dairy with a personality plus.
She was slower to mature that our other kids, so was never shown
last year. However, now she is growing and filling out and
looking quite lovely!
Wicked freshened with a beautiful mammary. She has
beautiful shape and capacity to her mammary with correct teat
placement.. Wicked is milking her little heart out (about
10 lbs a day!), so has yet to leave the farm. But, with
time and maturity we think she will be something else!
Wicked has matured tremendously as a 2nd freshener!
Her body and mammary have balanced out so she is more in proportion
to her self...and even freshening with a single kid didn't hurt
her production. At less than a month fresh she is already
doing 11 lbs a day. Wicked is a doe that seems to get
overlooked in the past, but we cannot wait to get
her in the showring this year as we are VERY pleased with how
she is looking!
Wicked is probably the most
overlooked doe in the herd. Likely because she gets
overshadowed by her two classmates Avita and Vera. But,
Wicked is an extremely solid doe in all aspects! She is an
extremely correct doe in general appearance standing on strong
feet and legs, and a beautiful correct front end. She is
also a strong doe in the parlor holding her milk well into late
lactation. She's always been a somewhat quiet unassuming
doe, but she somehow learned how to be tough in the last
year...and now demands her own pen at any shows we go to...and
she sure does ham it up for all the fair goers by curling her
lip up every time anyone scratches her neck! We sure do
love this girl!
